I am Natalie, and I am here to share my voice.
Living in Victoria, B.C, I aspire to connect with others in the world who are drawn to my message.
Education:
Graduating in 2009, I hold a Bachelor of Art’s degree w/ a Geography Major. General Studies of Psychology, English, Art History, Personal Health, Anthropology, Women’s Studies, Race Theories, Sociology, Spanish & Statistics at the University of Victoria.
Beginning in 2021, I am currently enrolled in a Post-Degree Diploma Program at Camosun College in Human Resource Managament, and Leadership.
In 2004 & 2015, respectively, I completed a Creative Writing workshop at the University of British Columbia and at Camous College, Continuing Education.
Completed in 2018, I am a RYT-250 hr Certified Yoga Teacher at MokSana Yoga in Victoria, B.C.
Completed in 2021, I hold a 25 hr concentration in Restorative Yoga at Ajna Yoga in Victoria, B.C.

In my classes, I lead an 8 Limbs of Hatha Yoga. Traditional & Restorative. Poses for everyone.

In-Person:
I taught drop in’s at MokSana Yoga, prior to its closure in the 2020 pandemic.
A sober event at the Miracle’s Rally, on Vancouver Island in Victoria, B.C. as of 2024, I annually lead ‘Move & Meditate’.
I volunteer as a healer in sobriety, where I lead 12x step program meetings at Detox at the Eric Martin Pavillon, in Victoria, B.C.
I welcome new opportunities to teach Yoga. Voice. 8 Limb’s. Hatha. Rest. Ohm.
